SZ: short-time for 12 000 Opelaner

Munich - Short-time work at Opel: Some 12 000 employees and thus half of the domestic workforce at the car maker Opel, according to information from the "Sueddeutsche Zeitung" in January and February at the four German sites temporarily affected by short-time working. The last web host started to become unreliable so rather than coninue and take an unnecessary chance, the Anglo-Indian World website has been transferred to a new host.

The expected few minutes took a bit longer than anticipated due to a rainstorm disrupting the internet connection so a few minor settings couldn't be performed while shifting servers.
