AIW Site Update: Wiki s open to editing by everyone

The wiki right now is open to editing by everyone whether they are logged in or not.

The wiki is now fully functional with the ability to now link words to wiki-posts with identical titles to the linked words. You can place the words such as 'India' to appear in between double brackets and those words will automatically link to wiki-posts with an identical title.

If a wiki-post by chance contains the word India and you wish that word to link to an entire wiki-post about India you can write India as [[India]] and it would appear as a link and link to a wiki-post specifically for India with the title of India.

If a wiki-post does not exist for that link, a new wiki-post can be created at any time and it would be editable by everyone.
